Sunrise Mental Health and Midwifery is the fusion of two specialties creating one innovative health and wellness practice. We provide holistic, evidence based, trauma informed reproductive and sexual health and wellness services throughout the lifespan. Sunrise Mental Health and Midwifery is an INCLUSIVE practice and welcome people of any race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, and socioeconomic circumstance.

• Comprehensive Postpartum Planning and Education

• Postpartum Sexual Health & Wellness

• Mama Comes First Sex & Intimacy Coaching (June 2024)

NOTE: We DO NOT provide routine prenatal care or attend births.

We see patients in person and virtually, depending upon service. Coaching services are offered world-wide. Clinical services are offered in Delaware.
