This visit is specifically designed for those in their postpartum journey, offering a compassionate and comprehensive assessment and a plan to address any sexual health concerns you may be facing after welcoming your child.

Our postpartum period brings unique changes to our bodies, including our sexual health. If you're encountering any of these issues or have other sexual health concerns during your postpartum phase, this visit is designed to support you. With a focus on understanding and addressing the specific needs of postpartum individuals, we'll work together to find pathways towards healing, comfort, and pleasure in your sexual wellness journey.

This visit is an in-depth assessment of any problem and plan to help with your sexual concerns.

Preconception Consultation

$125

45 minutes. Virtual.

If you're planning to become pregnant in the near future, a preconception consultation is a must. During this visit we do an extensive review of your medical history, mental health history and family history. We discuss your lifestyle, diet, and any stressors you may have. If lab testing is indicated, we will order whatever is necessary. After our in-depth review, we will make a plan with recommendations for lifestyle changes, diet, vitamins, exercise, etc. to help prepare and optimize your body and mind for pregnancy. If your history reveals anything that may make pregnancy high-risk, we can make a referral to a specialist.

Birth Control Consultation

$75

30 minutes. Virtual.

50 percent of pregnancies are unplanned. If pregnancy is not something you desire at this time in life, you should be taking preventative measures. This visit provides in-depth education about each method available and helps you decide what is best for your personal needs. We include education regarding the fertility awareness method as well. We can prescribe medications or refer you to a provider for insertion of IUD's or Nexplanon (where you can have insurance cover the cost of those methods) if you choose one of those options.

  • For NEW clients, please fill out the new client inquiry form, located here. Once you submit your form, within 2 business days will receive either a follow up email/phone call if more information is needed, or if no further information is needed, a link to schedule your appointment.

  • All appointments require payment at time of booking. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive an email with a link for payment. Practically Prepared Perinatal Wellness Programs do not require prescreening, as they are a coaching-based service. They can be directly purchased here. All other services must be prescreened to ensure that you are eligible to be a patient.

  • Appointment time slots are limited and there may be a waiting list. Appointment fee’s are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
